Dynamic Interactive Experiences

experiences hiker doseMany of my clients microdose for personal development, mental health/wellness or for the purpose of self-optimization.  There are a plethora of reports supporting that the practice of microdosing and macrodosing improve creativity, productivity, and energy. Countless people also microdose to help them solve work-related problems, create new concepts, or to reduce procrastination. Microdosing can also help you by improving your social interaction skills, athletic performance, and spiritual awareness.

Microdosing psychedelics allow people to enjoy the benefits of medicinal plants without a full visionary journey. Whenever you take only a fraction of the recreational or ceremonial dose, you get to experience more clarity. This also includes a heightened sense of joy and increased awareness, especially during your daily routine.

But what about enhancing the experience and the expansion you are seeking to really interact with the environment, integrating your 5 senses and being an active participant in your journey through movement. We are dynamic beings not meant to sit or be complacent or just watch time buzz by…  We are in constant state of movement, so why don’t we incorporate this beautiful plant medicine into our transformational journey with body movement.

surf retreatA microdosing approach to exercise isn’t as simple as doing a burpee or lunge and going back to our screens.  It’s simply a more impactful and deliberate way of getting your blood pumping. Just like the basic principals of microdosing is intentionality. We are now going to be intentional not only with the framework of our inner mastery of learning who are and where we want to go, but also with the usage of our bodies in motion. The combination of highly experiential journey of the plant medicine and exercise; hiking and ocean integration is going to help us get into our flow state.

We are going to be integrating this movement, this inertia we are creating with our body in motion and we are going to help facilitate a somatic healing process.

As noted in “Stealing Fire” by Steven Kotler and written in depth to flow state.  They found that the relationship between altered states and peak performance focused primarily on the experience known as flow. Essentially, defined as an optimal sate of consciousness where we feel our best and perform our best, flow refers to those “in the zone” moments where focus gets so intense everything else disappears.

Action and awareness start to emerge. Our sense of self vanishes. All aspects of our performance, both mental and physical are elevated beyond our stratosphere and with this combination will let you into the zone and follow your body’s intuition.

Reports from a microdosing study highlight that people who use microdosing for yoga practice experienced higher absorption levels. In this context, absorption is the ability to tap into an altered level of consciousness and experience enhanced concentration, focus, and awareness. This implies that people who combined microdosing and yoga were able to get in the zone.

How are we going to help facilitate getting you into the zone through body movement?  We are going to immerse ourselves into mother nature and integrate a Hikerdose and Ocean/Surferdose.
